At our location in Stockach – the gateway to Lake Constance –, we are looking for you to join our team as soon as possible or by arrangement.
Your Responsibilities
* Drive regional sales strategies and achieve growth targets across non-NATO markets
* Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with defense authorities, military stakeholders, and global sales agents
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in established and emerging defense markets
* Coordinate internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and meet contractual requirements
* Represent the company at international defense forums, trade shows, and industry events
* Monitor global defense budgets, procurement programs, and regulatory developments
* Engage government and industry stakeholders to support business development and ensure compliance
* Prepare accurate forecasts, reports, and account plans
Your Profile
* Proven experience in international defense sales, ideally with government and military clients in non-
NATO regions
* Strong understanding of procurement processes, defense budgets, and regulatory frameworks
across diverse global markets
* Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic regional sales plans
* Skilled in building long-term relationships with defense authorities, military stakeholders, and
international sales agents
* Strong negotiation skills and experience with complex, high-value defense contracts
* Customer-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
* High cultural awareness and adaptability when working across different regions
* Willingness to travel internationally
* Very good written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage
