RESPONSIBILITIES
* Coordinate and manage skincare product development projects from concept to launch
* Create and follow product briefs and formula development
* Collaborate closely with R&D teams to achieve product objectives
* Coordinate stability, compatibility and clinical testing with laboratories
* Contribute to packaging development and product presentations
* Create marketing materials for new launches
* Present new product concepts and provide technical insights to internal teams and clients
* Maintain and update the formula portfolio
EDUCATION LEVEL
* Master’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Cosmetic Science or a related scientific field
REQUIREMENTS
* First experience of at least 3 years in skincare product development or project management
* Strong interest in skincare innovation and market trends
* Organized, proactive and detail-oriented
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Fluent in English
