Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients in a friendly manner.
Manage appointments and perform phone triage tasks.
Conduct lab work and assist with digital X-rays.
Work in the laboratory and digital X-ray as well as the practice pharmacy.
Practice administration (ordering, service recording, billing and insurance clarifications).
Consultation assistance.
Qualifications
Completed apprenticeship as an MPA (EFZ) with laboratory and X-ray knowledge.
Joy and enthusiasm for your profession.
Friendly manner and high service orientation in dealing with patients.
Independent, structured and reliable way of working.
Good IT skills.
Willingness for emergency duty.
