The International Olympic Committee (IOC) is the guardian of the Olympic Games and the leader of the Olympic Movement. A truly global organisation, it acts as a catalyst for collaboration between all Olympic stakeholders, including athletes, National Olympic Committees (NOCs), International Sports Federations (IFs), Organising Committees for the Olympic Games (OCOGs), Worldwide Olympic Partners and Media Rights-Holders. It also works with public and private authorities, including the United Nations and other international organisations.

As an Olympic Values Education Programme (OVEP) Specialist you will be leading and developing the OVEP ensuring its continued relevance and impact. You will also be promoting the Olympic Values Education Programme internally and externally, strengthening its visibility and reach across the Olympic Movement. Additionally, you will also be collaborating on educational intiatives implemented by the Olympic Foundation for Culture and Heritage (OFCH) and the IOC, supporting stakeholders across the Olympic Movement and beyond.



OVEP Specialist's main responsibilities:

Programme Development

* Ensure the development of the Olympic Values Education Programme, supporting the Olympic Values Advancement Lead and other IOC subject matter experts delivering related projects and initiatives.
* Ensure the programme delivers high-quality, coherent, and measurable learning experiences.
* Support collaborations with other IOC departments managing projects in relation to Olympic education
* Collaborate and develop synergies in various projects within the OFCH, in particular with The Olympic Museum and the Olympic Studies Centre.
* Cultivate relationships with international educational organizations to expand OVEP's reach and impact.

Digital & Content Strategy

* Oversee the creation of tailored educational resources for Olympic stakeholders (NOCs, OCOGs, Olympic Museums Network, etc.), ensuring all materials align with OVEP learning objectives, OVA Strategy and IOC standards.
* Manage the dissemination of content across digital platforms (OVEP Digital,, social media), optimizing user engagement and accessibility.
* Introduce data-driven approaches to assess impact and inform continuous improvement.

Events, Training & Capacity Building

* Co-manage and deliver OVEP Train-the-Trainer activities and related workshops.
* Develop educational and presentation materials for conferences, forums, and IOC-led events.
* Curate and support speakers and facilitators, ensuring consistent messaging and pedagogical quality.

Coordination and monitoring of activities

* Maintain and update the educational activities tracker, providing regular reports on progress, impact, and learning outcomes.
* Identify challenges and propose strategies to enhance delivery, efficiency, and engagement.
* Ensure compliance with IOC policies, including those related to communication, branding, and budget management.
* Document and share knowledge gained through project implementation.

Minimum Qualifications:

* University degree or equivalent in education.
* English or French mother tongue with excellent knowledge of the other language.
* Knowledge of Project Management methodologies and tools.
* Solid experience of managing educational projects.
* Experience in curriculum design and development.
* Digital and data savviness.
