* Coordinate and implement employee training programs, workshops, and other development activities.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including labor laws, employment standards, and health and safety protocols.
* Communicate effectively with employees, managers, and other stakeholders on HR-related matters.
* Analyze and report on HR metrics and trends, providing insights to inform business decisions.
* Serve as a subject matter expert on HR-related issues, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.
Requirements
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR consulting or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of employment law, benefits, and compensation.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR-related information.
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
