As a Safety and Compliance Monitoring Officer you will ensure an effective and profitable Management System in compliance with aviation regulatory requirements.
Your tasks
* Foster a positive safety culture and ensure the Safety & Regulatory Compliance Policy is communicated and applied organization-wide.
* Implement, maintain, and continuously improve all elements of the Safety Management System (SMS) per the SRT LM MOE.
* Ensure compliance with civil aviation regulations and international standards.
* Facilitate hazard identification, risk assessment, and management.
* Support risk mitigation actions outlined in the safety action plan.
* Prepare periodic safety performance reports and maintain SMS documentation.
* Provide safety guidance and assist with internal occurrence investigations.
Your Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Engineering, Safety Management, or related field.
* Proven experience in safety, compliance, or quality management within the aviation industry.
* Strong knowledge of aviation regulatory frameworks and standards.
* Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
