As a Senior GenAI Engineer, you’ll play a key technical leadership role in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge solutions that deliver real business impact. You’ll be part of our Data Science practice and play a pivotal role with our GenAI collaborations. Join our dynamic and growing team as we expand our footprint in Switzerland and internationally!
As a Senior GenAI Engineer, you can expect
1. Combining state-of-the-art machine learning with modern software engineering best practices, you'll build scalable, high-performance applications that enable our clients to unlock meaningful insights from their data.
2. You’ll lead end-to-end machine learning projects - from ideation and prototyping to production deployment - and take ownership of the technical vision and execution.
3. Design and build secure, scalable Generative AI applications in the cloud by integrating cutting-edge GenAI tools
4. You're passionate about understanding client needs and translating them into impactful, user-centric solutions that drive adoption and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
5. Above all, you're a highly organized team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Requirements
In addition, this should be part of your background to apply:
6. Hands-on experience with modern programming languages on the frontend and backend including Javascript frameworks, NodeJS, Python etc. as well as scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash.
7. Demonstrated expertise in Azure Cloud services - including Azure App Service, Container Apps, Azure AI Services (Cognitive Services), and Azure Search - alongside experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Proven track record of architecting and implementing secure, scalable solutions using these platforms within regulated environments.
8. Experience with Azure network service and security components such as firewall, vNET, load balancers, TLS encryption, SSL certificates, etc.
9. Expertise in building secure cloud applications. You feel comfortable with Virtual networks, private endpoints, data segregation, api management, authentication, RBAC, etc.
10. Experience with building applications that use Generative AI tooling, including LLM gateways, RAG, GenAI frameworks (AutoGen, LangChain, Promptflow) and LLMOps frameworks (, LangFuse)
11. Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines.
12. Requirements for proficiency in both German and English.
