* Maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene at all times
* Able to cater to allergies & special dietary restrictions

* Completed apprenticeship in a kitchen
* Preparation of dishes, packed lunch
* Good command of English (oral)
* Flexible and motivated
* Compliant with HACCP hygiene control
