Job Title: Compliance Risk Manager
This is an exceptional opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the compliance of our business operations with regulatory requirements.
* Responsibilities:
1. Maintain a thorough understanding of relevant regulations and laws, including anti-money laundering, countering terrorism, and consumer protection regulations;
2. Conduct regular reviews and audits of internal controls and processes to ensure they are effective and compliant;
3. Collaborate with stakeholders, including Compliance Officers, legal teams, and business units, to identify and address potential risks and control gaps;
4. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks and enhance overall compliance posture;
5. Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement;
6. Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management on compliance status and risk exposure.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent;
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
- Fluency in English;
