Specialized Modalities Platform covers sites across all key global geographies and is a multi-modality platform. Key Responsibilities: - Support on a variety of talent, continuous improvement, people strategy initiatives within operational HR delivery, contribute ideas for greater efficiency and enhancement of employee experience on a local and global scale - Provide administrative support to a highly visible 2026 programs aimed at designing the future talent structure of Lonza Specialized Modalities - Review, revise and maintain of a vast suite of HR-related documentation - Contribute in preparing and developing team, function and platform presentations - Administration and maintenance of certain key data within our HRIS landscape ? Workday - Perform regular audits of key performance data along our Moments that Matter within the Workforce Lifecycle journey - Provide ad-hoc general and administrative support as required Key Requirements: - Studies in Economics, Business Administration, HR, Social Science studies; Data Science exposure a key benefit - Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
