Responsibilities:
* Maintaining network operations, installing, configuring, and servicing operating systems (Windows, Mac, *nix) and user software;
* Managing online services, including creating user accounts, email management, assigning access rights, tracking and managing subscriptions and payments;
* Coordinating with third-party technical support services;
* Providing technical support to users;
* Administering Google Workspace;
* Monitoring task deadlines using Jira and Slack;
* Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly, with a proactive and investigative approach;
* Keeping track of IT equipment and supplies, assisting in inventory management;
* Documenting all technical procedures and incidents;
* Assisting senior colleagues with complex projects and tasks.
Requirements:
* Experience with Linux, Windows, and macOS (configuration, monitoring, service management);
* Experience with administering Google Workspace;
* Experience with backup systems;
* Desire for professional growth;
* Self-reliance, responsibility, and multitasking ability.
