Main Responsibilities:
* Drive the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to deal closure, in close collaboration with account managers, consultants, and marketing teams.
* Advising and guiding clients throughout the entire sales process to unlock the full potential of our AI services in line with client business goals.
* Identifying business opportunities and converting them into concrete and appealing offerings within our business development process.
* Coordinating and contributing to proposal processes, including the development of pricing strategies and preparation of tailored, competitive offers.
What We're Looking For:
* A degree in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable field.
* At least 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the technology or AI sector.
* A solid understanding of AI technologies and their application across industries.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage both clients and internal stakeholders.
* Results-driven mindset with strong deal closure skills.
* Strategic thinking and a hands-on approach in dynamic, fast-evolving markets.
* Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken).
