Senior Internal Auditor SAP
Aufgaben
* Leading assigned audit projects or collaborating as a senior specialist in audit teams dealing with digital transformation and change management across all areas of the group.
* Managing SAP‑related projects independently, e.g., S2P, OTC, R2R, and assembling the dedicated team.
* Instructing external specialists on specific tasks.
* Covering audit areas such as finance, production, purchasing, sales/marketing, stock inventory, supply chain, HR, and more.
* Supporting the group’s digital transformation and innovative initiatives.
* Ensuring timely completion of audits and documenting findings in concise reports.
* Presenting key results to the Audit Committee alongside the Head of Internal Audit.
* Advising line managers on findings to minimize risks and overseeing implementation of recommendations.
* Contributing to the optimization of internal audit methodology and processes.
* Conducting training courses on risk awareness and controls.
* Traveling 10‑20% of the time.
Qualifikation
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or Engineering.
* CPA, CIA, or CISA certification is required.
* Knowledge of the IIA’s Global Internal Audit Standards.
* Experience in auditing, preferably in industry or at a Big Four firm.
* Solid experience as a senior auditor.
* Experience supporting IT innovations, modern AI methods, applications, or digital change management.
* Experience with testing or implementing language models is an advantage.
* In-depth SAP knowledge and understanding of standard business processes such as source-to-pay, order-to-cash, or record-to-report.
* Understanding of automated data‑pipeline processes (ETL) and interest in using AI and digital tools.
* Analytical, risk‑oriented personality with goal, deadline, and results orientation.
* Independent, proactive work approach, and team‑oriented mindset.
* Interest in leadership roles.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in English and German.
