Senior Digital Business Development Manager (100%)
We are looking for a Senior Digital Business Development Manager (100%) to support and accelerate our digital acquisition strategy. This position is located within the Business Strategy & Development team and works in close coordination with the front office and various support teams. The person will be in charge of building and animating the Digital Squad, a community of bankers that acquire new business through digital channels. The role focuses on generating qualified leads, helping bankers to nurture them, supporting the adoption of new digital tools, and amplifying the impact of our local expertise campaigns.
YOUR ROLE
Banker Enablement & Digital Routines (70%)
Focus: User engagement, coaching, and routine embedding
* Act as a strategic partner for bankers involved in digital business development.
* Guide bankers in embedding digital prospecting routines into their daily activity.
* Provide first-line support and coaching on best practices related to digital tools.
* Build and animate the Digital Squad community (monthly calls, initiatives, feedback loops).
* Ensure consistency and quality in the commercial follow-up of digital leads.
Tools ownership, adoption, data-driven optimisation
Focus: Tools ownership, adoption, data-driven optimisation
* Identify new tools, including Artificial Intelligence ones and best practices; align digital tools with commercial strategy to support lead generation and sales efficiency.
* Drive adoption and effective use of digital tools across the front office.
* Lead onboarding and training initiatives to ensure seamless integration into daily workflows.
* Liaise with Investment Solutions, Technology & Operations, and Marketing & Communication to launch new business initiatives.
Tracking & Reporting (10%)
Focus: KPIs, campaign performance, and business insights
* Track and analyse KPIs across digital Business development activities (leads, tool usage, engagement).
* Prepare actionable performance reports and share insights with key stakeholders.
YOUR PROFILE
* Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to translate digital savviness and client needs into concrete business opportunities.
* Min. 7 - 10 years of experience in digital business development, sales management, or digital marketing
* Master Degree in Business or similar. Experience in financial services or private banking a plus
* Strong expertise of digital lead generation, CRM, and performance tracking/campaign management tools (Sales Navigator, Salesforce, Hubspot)
* Experience in managing and building sales team, working in matrix and international organization.
* Proactive and hands-on, with a strong sense of ownership and coordination skills.
* Fluent in English and French, other languages are a plus.
