As part of a diverse international team, you will assess risks, evaluate controls, and provide insights that support informed decision‑making and continuous improvement. /p pYou will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders, collaborating on audit activities that address complex business topics and evolving risk areas. Through this work, you will deepen your understanding of Nestlé’s business model, strengthen your ability to influence and communicate effectively, and build leadership capability within a team‑based, international environment. /p pThe role provides a strong foundation for long‑term career development, enabling you to build expertise and credibility that can be leveraged in future opportunities across the organization. /p h3A Day in the Life of an International Auditor /h3 ul liLead and deliver risk‑based audits and advisory reviews across business units, factories, head offices, and end‑to‑end processes worldwide. /li liAssess the effectiveness and efficiency of processes and controls to protect and create business value. /li liEnsure compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and internal standards. /li liSafeguard the integrity of reporting, confidentiality of information, and protection of assets. /li liIdentify opportunities for control enhancement and process improvement. /li liClearly communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders and agree on impactful actions. /li liPresent audit outcomes to Senior Management and follow up on timely implementation of agreed improvements. /li liContinuously refine audit methodologies, tools, and best practices. /li liOpen to extensive international travel (around 50%). /li /ul h3What will make you successful /h3 ul liProfessional degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics or comparable degree. /li liAt least 2‑3 years of professional business experience (e.g. Finance, Audit, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Sustainability Operations, Quality, Industrial Performance). FMCG experience is an advantage. /li liStrong overall business acumen. Finance literacy preferred. /li liMS Office skills. Ability to leverage data analytics. SAP knowledge preferred. /li liWorking proficiency in English. Additional languages are preferred. /li liTeam player with high degree of flexibility, persistence, curiosity, and openness to other cultures.
