About the Role
IMI Switzerland is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Website Coordinator to join our in-house marketing team full-time. Based at our beautiful lakeside campus in Lucerne, you will manage our website and HubSpot CRM, ensuring a seamless and engaging digital experience for prospective students, partners, and other stakeholders.
You will work closely with our international marketing and admissions teams to drive online visibility, improve lead generation, and maintain content consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
Website Management
* Oversee updates and maintenance of the IMI Switzerland website (WordPress, Webflow, or CMS equivalent)
* Collaborate with the marketing team on new content, SEO enhancements, and visual updates
* Ensure site performance, UX, mobile responsiveness, and compliance with brand guidelines
* Coordinate with developers/agencies when needed for technical improvements or new pages
HubSpot CRM & Marketing Automation
* Manage lead capture forms, workflows, email automation, and segmentation within HubSpot
* Create and maintain landing pages, CTAs, and automated campaigns
* Monitor analytics and optimise lead conversion funnels
* Support the admissions and marketing teams with student communication journeys
SEO & Analytics
* Perform basic SEO audits and implement improvements (keywords, metadata, structure)
* Monitor traffic, form submissions, and conversion rates using HubSpot and Google Analytics
* Report regularly on KPIs and campaign performance
Key Qualifications:
·Minimum 2–3 years of experience in website management and CRM marketing (essential)
·Hands-on experience with HubSpot (preferred)
·Proficiency with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow) and basic HTML/CSS (essential)
·Strong understanding of SEO best practices and web analytics
·Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills
·Prior experience in international education or B2C marketing is a strong advantage
·Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
·Skilled in building and optimising automated email campaigns and landing pages
·Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently
·Must be eligible to work in Switzerland (valid work permit or Swiss/EU citizenship)
