Your role
Interested in working in finance, specifically to support business clients, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint? We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Corporate & Real Estate Graduate Talent Program in Switzerland.
You’ll get to:
* support relationship managers in their day-to-day work, including preparing for client visits or events and executing transactions
* maintain relationships with internal and external clients
* build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy
Start date February 2026
Your team
You’ll be working in our Corporate & Real Estate team. We are responsible for business clients from small start-ups and enterprises to large corporate clients. We provide our clients with comprehensive, integrated solutions in Switzerland and by accompanying them on potential expansions abroad.
Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who:
* has completed their bachelor's or master's degree within the last 18 months
* has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
* has values that align with ours — hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
* is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
* is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
* is fluent in French and proficient in English; additional languages are a plus
We want someone who’s curious and ready to thrive in a business that never stops moving. It doesn’t matter what you’re majoring in, but you do need to have an interest in the financial industry. We want to see what makes you unique and discover what you can bring to our team.
