Description:
We are looking for a motivated candidate to join our team and be trained in both Data Center operations and Support Engineering. Under the guidance of Laurent, you will gain hands-on experience with equipment management, monitoring, and support processes, contributing to the reliability and efficiency of our IT infrastructure.
Objectives:
* Learn to operate and maintain Data Center equipment, including racking new hardware and performing periodic equipment checks.
* Maintain accurate rack views in GLPI and manage inventory at Geneva and Lausanne locations.
* Develop support engineering skills, including ticket triage, categorization (ATC), and monitoring improvement using scripting to automate tasks and enhance reliability.
