Key Accounts Supply Specialist
We are seeking a customer-focused Key Account Supply Specialist to work closely with one of our key customers. As part of our Product Line Supply Chain team, you will manage and oversee all orders for your assigned customer.
Your Challenges
Communicate customer inventory needs and requirements to supply chain partners.
Define and optimize the supply chain strategy for the dedicated key account across all Product Lines.
Facilitate inventory planning and deployment (e.g., maintain consignments).
Serve as the direct and single point of contact for the sales manager and customer on order-related topics. Orchestrate all orders of your customer and its sub-tiers with all Product Lines.
Create and maintain a KPI report (OTDc, OTDr, Lead Time, Inventory Level, etc.) monthly, including stakeholder communication and tracking actions.
Actively manage customer in-stock and on-shelf inventory availability.
Discuss and resolve product and component shortages with the customer.
Work on global NPI launch requirements (quantity and timing) within the PLSCM team, without executing them.
Participate in all necessary internal and external daily and weekly meetings.
Coordinate regular capacity assessments along the value chain to ensure fulfillment of mid- to long-term customer demand plans.
Build value-added partnerships with internal stakeholders including Sales, Product Management, Finance, Operations, etc.
Plan and actively maintain the customer portfolio to enhance customer satisfaction.
Integrate and cooperate with your key account needs within the Key Account team and PLSCM.
Your Competencies
Technical education or practical experience in administration or Supply Chain.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
3-5 years of experience in supply chain management in global organizations, preferably in the semiconductor industry or related industries.
Proven planning, analytical, presentation, and execution skills.
Proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, Tableau; ERP experience with Oracle, SAP, or MS Dynamics.
Customer, market, and channel knowledge and experience are advantageous.
Ability to multitask and prioritize while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong analytical skills, including data evaluation, solution development, and implementation.
Influencing and collaborative skills across organizational levels.
End-to-end understanding of our valve business operations and ability to communicate using relevant terminology.
Service mindset, good communication skills, and sound judgment.
Willingness to travel (up to 10%).
