We are now looking for a Product Manager / Product Owner with strong strategic thinking and an agile delivery focus to take full ownership of one of the most impactful areas of our business: our end-customer point of sales as well as our selfdeveloped internal ERP. As one of your first missions, you will drive together with your team the biggest UX upgrade in our company’s history — a major milestone on our product roadmap.

Your Mission You take ownership of the entire product lifecycle — from co-defining the product vision (in direct collaboration with our management) to shipping powerful features and scalable internal workflows. You collaborate closely with C-Level, design, tech and business teams to shape, translate, and deliver experiences that delight our users and drive business success.
What makes this role unique? It spans both the external customer experience on our platforms (e.g. Brands for Employees, Brands for Students, MyAXA Deals) and the internal operational efficiency of our self-developed ERP. This means: you’re not only responsible for what the customer sees — but also for shaping the systems and flows that make great customer experiences possible in the first place.
Your Responsibilities Take ownership of the entire product lifecycle — from vision to delivery and optimization
Co-create the product vision with C-Level and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and user needs
Translate mid-/long-term strategy into a structured, value-driven product roadmap
Drive product discovery together with Product Designers and business units
Conduct user research, interviews and data analysis to understand user needs and test hypotheses
Collaborate with design to ensure user-centric solutions — with a strong focus on usability and accessibility
Translate vision into epics, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria
Maintain and prioritize the product backlog with a focus on delivering high-impact value
Lead agile rituals such as sprint planning, reviews, and backlog refinement
Work closely with Frontend/Backend developers and QA to ensure smooth implementation
Coordinate go-to-market planning and rollout activities
Align regularly with Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, Business Operations, and Finance to gather input and share delivery plans
Communicate roadmap, progress, and prioritizations with key stakeholders
Track and report on product KPIs to evaluate adoption and outcomes
Ensure continuous feedback loops and adapt strategy as needed
The Team around you In this role, you report directly to our CIO and work side-by-side with a strong leadership team, including the Head of Project Management, CTO, and Creative Director. Together, you drive alignment between business strategy, technical execution, and user experience.
On the implementation side, you’ll collaborate closely with our talented Product Designer(s), QA Lead, and the Development Team (FE-/BE), who help bring your product vision to life with precision and quality.
You’ll also work hand in hand with key business stakeholders from C-Level, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Care, ensuring your roadmap reflects both strategic goals and real customer needs.
Your Profile Proven experience and certification in digital product management and agile product ownership (e.g., Scrum Product Owner, Scrum Master, PMI-ACP/PMP, etc.)
Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
profound Technical understanding that enables confident collaboration with CTO and development teams
Strong sense of user empathy combined with a good business sense to balance user needs with company goals
Solid understanding of internal operations and system logic — ideally with experience in backend/ERP-heavy environments
Hands-on experience with tools like ClickUp and good Figma skills for optimal cooperation with your colleagues
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in German and English
