Investissements Fonciers SA (IFSA) is the fund management division of La Foncière and manages over CHF 2 billion in real estate assets in Switzerland. Currently engaged in the development of a new investment product, the company is undergoing a phase of controlled growth and development. It operates in an institutional environment marked by high expectations from its shareholders in terms of governance. In view of the upcoming retirement of the current holder, we are looking for a person to play a key role as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).At the heart of a dynamic real estate and fund management sector in Lausanne, your responsibilities will include being a member of the executive management team, serving as a partner and right-hand person to the CEO, supporting them in the implementation of financial strategies and as a fund management division. You will actively contribute to the steering and development of the La Foncière fund composed of seven real estate companies, as well as the study and launch of a new investment product. You will be responsible for the finance function: accounting, management control, treasury, financing, tax, insurance, reporting, and internal systems. This scope also includes supervising the company's IT environment, in collaboration with the relevant partners. You will ensure a reliable, transparent, and compliant financial environment with institutional and regulatory standards, and strengthen financial management, decision analysis, and risk management. You will structure and develop the Accounting & Finance team, as well as all associated processes, with rigor, agility, and precision. As a key contact for investors, banks, auditors, and external partners, you will establish lasting relationships of trust and support the CEO in managing cross-functional and complex issues, serving the development and sustainability of the organization.
