Job Responsibilities
* Advanced knowledge of Windows Server and Client administration, Active Directory and Group Policy
* Proven experience with Citrix virtual desktops and VMWare virtualization
* Strong understanding of storage solutions and administration
* Experience with Veeam backup and disaster recovery solutions
* Proven experience with network firewalls, routing and switching
* Experience with Azure AD and Microsoft 365
Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
* Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Infrastructure Engineer or similar role.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Detail-oriented and highly organized.
* Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
* Fluency in English and German.
* Occasionally, business trips are necessary to our foreign branches to ensure the IT infrastructure remains up to date.
