What role will you play: As a SeniorConsultant (f/m/d) for Strategic P&O Projects, you will play acrucial role in driving P&O's key strategic prioritiesalongside responsible P&O professionals and businesscolleagues. In particular, you will... - set-up, structure, andsteer multiple modules in the execution of complex andhigh-visibility P&O projects on an international scale. You demonstratethe dynamics of a large organization and use smart influencing toeffectuate change - In addition, you have a sound and broad P&O/ HR domain know-how, e.g. acquired in a HR Business Partner or HRCoE / Expert role (i.e., learning, talent management,organizational excellence, mergers & acquisitions, skillmanagement, HR tool landscape / digitalization, change concepts) –we know, nobody has it all :-) - You ideally also bring eperiencewith AI use cases in the context of P&O projects - Ways ofworking - You are a fast learner, eager to understand in depth andapply the relevant concepts and tools, and committed tocomprehensive optimization - You have an entrepreneurial "can do"attitude and are excited to shape this team - Languages -Proficiency in English You are much more than your qualifications,and we believe in the potential of every single candidate.
