* Design and deliver scalable solutions using the Power Platform and C# (.NET)
* Build MVPs to validate concepts and refine requirements
* Provide technical leadership, guide development teams, and define best practices
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional needs into robust technical designs
* Integrate solutions with Azure services, Dynamics 365, and other enterprise systems
* Promote knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous improvement
Your Profile
* Degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification
* Several years of hands‑on experience with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate; ideally also Copilot/Power Pages)
* Solid knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing)
* Proven experience in solution architecture and technical leadership
* Certifications such as PL‑600 or PL‑400 and knowledge of Dynamics 365 are an advantage
* Excellent communication skills, a strong sense of ownership, and fluency in German (B2 or higher) and English
