Responsibilities
* Leading and coordinating contract and claim management activities across the operations in Friedberg
* Identifying contract baselines and conducting risk assessments
* Reviewing, negotiating, and managing selected contracts and non-disclosure agreements in close collaboration with legal and business teams
* Drafting and managing legal correspondence with customers and suppliers
* Supporting the legal team in the resolution of disputes, claims, litigation, and arbitration
* Protecting the contractual position throughout the project lifecycle, including change and deviation management
* Ensuring compliance with the Code of Conduct as well as global and local contract management standards and tools
Qualifications
* Degree in Law, Business Law, or a comparable field with a solid understanding of economic and contractual frameworks
* Proven Coach & L6S experience / certificate is essential
* Practical experience in contract and claim management, ideally in an industrial or project-driven environment
* Familiarity with contract law and risk assessment methodologies
* Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
* Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional and international teams
