Founded in 1892, the International Skating Union (ISU) is the oldest international winter sports Federation and the second oldest International Sports Federation. The ISU is recognized by the International Olympic Committee, governing the sports of Figure Skating and Speed Skating. The ISU is looking for an Event Coordinator to help deliver world-class competitions and support our growing global events program. You’ll work across Tours, World Cups, and major championships—mainly in Asia, including China—helping to ensure smooth operations, timelines, and logistics from planning to post-event reporting.
What you’ll do:
* Support event planning, timelines, and documentation.
* Coordinate with Local Organizing Committees (LOCs) and internal teams across Sport, Commercial, and Marketing functions.
* Manage logistics: accommodation, transport, accreditation, and hospitality.
* Assist with budgeting, invoices, and expense tracking.
* Contribute on-site support for events and post-event reporting.
What we’re looking for:
* 5+ years in event coordination or project support, ideally in sports or live events.
* Experience managing events in Asia, especially China, is highly preferred.
* Organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
* Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin (French a plus).
* Passion for sports, travel-ready, and comfortable with weekend work.
