Base Pay Range
CHF105,000.00/yr - CHF120,000.00/yr
Role Overview
As Controller: in Group Accounting & Reporting, you will play a key role in the financial management of an international industrial company. Your responsibilities include overseeing Swiss GAAP FER consolidation, serving as a contact for local financial managers, and leading group-wide controlling projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Responsible for monthly and annual closing consolidation according to Swiss GAAP FER.
* Prepare monthly management reports with analyses and commentary.
* Assist in the creation of the group’s annual and semi-annual reports.
* Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, especially sales budgeting at the group level.
* Continuously analyze key figures and perform ad-hoc evaluations.
* Support local financial managers with accounting, reporting, and compliance queries.
* Enhance the group’s internal control system and support BI tool implementation.
Qualifications
* Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance/Controlling or equivalent vocational training with further education.
* Several years of experience in external auditing or corporate controlling.
* Deep knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER.
* Fluent in German (C1) and English; willing to travel.
