Role Overview We are seeking a Game Designer to help shape the mechanics, systems, and gameplay loops that define the core of our experience. You'll work closely with the Creative Director, Level Designers, and Programmers to prototype, iterate, and refine gameplay features that feel meaningful and rewarding.
Responsibilities Design and balance core game systems: combat, resource management, progression, and multiplayer dynamics
Develop detailed design documents, system specs, and feature briefs
Work with level and narrative designers to align gameplay with world structure and lore
Prototype and iterate mechanics in Unreal Engine (Blueprint knowledge a plus)
Collaborate with QA and playtesters to gather feedback and refine player experience
Help define KPIs for engagement, retention, and player motivation
Contribute to UI/UX design and onboarding flow for complex systems
Requirements Experience designing gameplay systems for action, strategy, or multiplayer games
Strong knowledge of combat design, balancing, and reward systems
Ability to clearly communicate ideas via documentation, flowcharts, and diagrams
Collaborative mindset and ability to iterate quickly based on feedback
Understanding of systems thinking and player psychology
Passion for dark fantasy themes, world building, and immersive storytelling
Bonus Points Experience working in Unreal Engine 5 (Blueprint prototyping or scripting)
Background in PvP or multiplayer balancing
Familiarity with narrative design or dynamic world-building
