IT Support Specialist
Job Summary
BCIC Swiss Gmb H (Best Connect International Company) is looking for a Full‑time, On‑site IT Support Specialist in Basel, Switzerland.
Location & Hours
Basel, Switzerland. Full‑time, On‑site. 8 hours per day.

Help desk & ticketing systems
Windows & mac OS support
Basic networking Responsibilities Provide first‑ or second‑level support and problem resolution for customer issues.
Work with third‑party vendors to remediate complex AV issues as needed.
Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents and provide timely communication on issue status and resolution.
Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and Cisco Jabber authorizations.
Support Apple PC users with basic Mac OS knowledge.
Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot printers and computer hardware.
Perform remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and other authorized peripheral equipment.
Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot network connectivity and workstation hardware/software problems. Requirements Valid work permit in Switzerland.
Several years of experience in the IT field.
English and German fluency (minimum B2). Local language/German required. Salary & Contact
