Job Description
As a major actor in project execution, you will be responsible for design, coordination with external companies, commissioning, and handover activities.
You will provide engineering expertise during projects and technical or quality investigations.
As an Engineering Specialist, you will actively coordinate activities and work packages within projects.
Leveraging your strong knowledge of chemical and pharmaceutical production sites, you will interact with production specialists, maintenance experts, and project managers.
You will actively participate in applying HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies.
Qualifications
* Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
* Deep knowledge of biotech and pharma production equipment, skids, and mechanical design (pump sizing, piping specifications, etc.).
* Experience working on pharmaceutical manufacturing sites.
* Proven success in project execution, contractor and construction management, and commissioning activities.
* In-depth understanding of cGMPs and related pharmaceutical manufacturing regulations.
* Strong leadership skills and quick situation analysis abilities to effectively partner with stakeholders and influence production planning and technical change activities.
* Ability to manage multiple activities at different levels, from shop floor to stakeholder coordination.
* Excellent communication skills and proficiency in spoken and written English.
* Fluency in spoken and written French.
