As Assistant Wealth Management, you will work closely with our client's CIO, supporting client relationships and ensuring smooth execution of daily banking and investment activities. In this dynamic role, you will take on a variety of responsibilities ranging from client service to portfolio support and operational tasks.
Your Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive support to the CIO in all client-related matters
* Monitor and implement model portfolios
* Independently process and execute stock exchange and payment orders
* Prepare payments and monitor incoming funds
* Handle client instructions including securities and FX transactions, account / deposit openings, closures, and updates
* Maintain direct client contact (phone, email, in person) and act as first point of contact, including reception and hosting
* Prepare and follow up on client meetings and organize business trips
* Create presentations and reporting materials
* Occasionally support with switchboard and general office duties
Your Profile
* Several years of relevant professional experience within Wealth Management in Switzerland
* IT affinity and proficiency with MS Office (Finnova knowledge is an advantage)
* Fast learner with strong analytical skills and proactive mindset
* Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented with an "allrounder" mentality
* Able to stay calm and effective in a fast-paced environment
* Professional and confident appearance, businesslike yet approachable
* Friendly, positive, and service-oriented personality with strong team spirit
* Fluent in German and English; French or other languages are a plus
* Ideal age : 40+
