About the team you are joining
Join our Information and Data (I&D) division as we embark on a digital transformation journey. The BORA project aims to deliver a new ERP solution to enhance operational efficiency, optimize processes, and support best practices across IATA.
The ERP Implementation Lead will work with stakeholders across IATA to drive the technical implementation of the BORA project, reporting to the Head of Platforms and Application Support in I&D.
What your day would be like
The ERP Implementation Lead will ensure the new ERP system is fit for purpose and aligns with IATA's strategy. Your activities will include:
* Collaborating with stakeholders to understand and translate processes into technical solutions.
* Providing expertise in SAP modules (FI, MM, SD, BW).
* Designing and developing SAP solutions that meet business needs.
* Defining ERP roadmaps, rollout plans, and system strategies.
* Setting technical governance and best practices.
* Configuring systems, troubleshooting, and tuning performance.
* Standardizing and optimizing business processes.
* Managing and mentoring SAP consultants, developers, and specialists.
* Ensuring project goals align with business objectives and successful implementation.
* Managing key ERP workstreams like data migration, security, and infrastructure.
* Developing change management plans.
* Collaborating with the Business Transformation Lead for alignment.
* Reviewing RFP proposals and providing recommendations.
* Reviewing and approving enterprise architecture related to Integration, Data, and Applications.
Who we are looking for
+10 years' experience in leading large-scale ERP migration projects in multinational organizations involving multiple stakeholders.
Proficiency in ERP architecture, implementation, integration, and migration strategies.
Strong SAP module expertise and understanding of integration processes.
Experience in processes like order to cash, procure to pay, treasury, and financial reporting, along with data management and digital transformation.
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Fluency in English.
Travel required: 5%
