1.Key Responsibilities
• Drive sales of all watch brands in the SFT portfolio to independent retailers across Switzerland.
• Identify, approach, and onboard new retail partners.
• Oversee the merchandising activities in the stores, ensuring that our products and brands are consistently well presented and maintained to the highest standards.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing retail clients.
2.Market Coverage
• Plan and execute regular visits to retailers throughout Switzerland.
• Ensure optimal in-store presence and brand visibility.
• Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and promotional activities with retail partners.
• Provide product training and support to retail staff.
• Ensure healthy stocks and appropriate assortments at retailer side
• Be in daily contact with the marketing and back-office team in our Head office in Möhlin to coordinate order processing, deliveries, after-sales service and marketing activities.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
• Analyse sales data to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
3.Brand Representation
• Act as the face of SFT and its brands in the Swiss market.
• Represent the company at trade fairs, events, and industry meetings.
4.Profile Requirements
• Valid work permit for Switzerland or EU/- EFTA Citizenship
• Min. 2 years proven experience in watch sales, preferably in Swiss-Made watches, whilst experience in jewellery or related luxury goods, is an advantage.
• Having a network among independent retailers in Switzerland is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently.
• Fluent in German and English while fluency in Italian and/or French is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel extensively (90% of the time).
