Ph3Main Responsibilities Accountabilities /h3 ul liWork closely with project leader to define strategy and operational tactics /li liResponsible for the preparation and management of project budgets, sensitivities, resources, project timelines, project scope and all other project documentation /li liAccountable for the accuracy and quality of reports to senior stakeholders /li liLead cross functional development teams through tactical execution of project plans /li liIdentify, manage and resolve project issues and mitigate risks /li liEnsure documentation of key team information, decisions, actions, modifications to scope, resources, timelines and milestones in project management systems is current. /li liIdentify, evaluate the critical path, scenarios and challenge assumptions to increase robustness of project plans /li liMonitor performance vs. plan (budget and timeline) /li liCoordinate program updates to Sr. Management /li liProvide coaching and mentorship to more junior members of the RD Global Project Management Department /li /ul h3Qualifications Experience /h3 ul liRequired: Bachelor degree or equivalent in Science, Engineering, or a related field. /li liPreferred: An advanced degree (MSc, PhD) in Science or related field, Masters of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent /li liProject Management Professional (PMP) certification, /li li7+ years’ experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry /li li5+ years’ experience as a project manager leading cross-functional project teams in a matrixed, global environment, In-depth knowledge in drug research, development and manufacturing processes /li liDemonstrated experience in delivering projects to meet business objectives on time, within budget and with quality. /li liOutstanding influencing ability collaboration skills /li liProven success with building and developing matrix teams. /li liAbility to work effectively in a matrix environment that includes interactions with multiple stakeholder groups /li liExcellent executive presence, communication change management skills. /li liExemplary project management skills /li liHighly proficient in the use of Project Management processes and tools (e.g. Microsoft Project). /li /ul h3About CSL Behring /h3 pCSL Behring is a global biotherapeutics leader driven by our promise to save lives.
