Join to apply for the Statutory Project Manager (m/f/d) role at Eaton.
Eaton Corporation is a diversified energy management company that achieved a revenue of $22.3 billion in 2023. With energy‑efficient solutions, we support customers in more effective, safer, more efficient, and more sustainable management of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical energy. The company employs approximately 92 000 people and sells products to customers in more than 175 countries.
Scope of the Position
As part of the Eaton Finance Transformation Strategy, Specialist Accounting Solutions (SAS) structures are being created to deliver centralized accounting activity across the region that is not covered by Global Financial Shared Services (GFSS). These SASs cover all EMEA businesses (5 zones, 50 countries) and divisions (Elec, Induct, GEIS). The EMEA Statutory and Tax SAS will cover the delivery of all statutory financial statements and audits in the region. The delivery model is changing from a decentralized model to a fully centralized one within the SAS structure. The role will report to the Stat & Tax SAS lead and work with Eaton colleagues at the centralized location to implement a standardized and repeatable structure that provides EY with the data required for the audits.
What You’ll Do
This role requires a 24‑month commitment focused initially on processes and the implementation of centralized audits in the centralized locations for specific balance‑sheet categories for the year‑end 2024 audits (audited in 2025). Subsequent balance‑sheet categories and standardization will occur in the second half of the role. The role is responsible for ensuring the structure is robust and repeatable for future years.
* Implement the new structure for centralized audits in conjunction with Eaton colleagues at the centralized delivery locations.

* Define clear roles and responsibilities between the central delivery team, the Stat & Tax SAS, and the EY audit teams.
* Maintain a clear process to address EY audit queries with defined ownership.
* Oversee the new structure to ensure it delivers as agreed for the year‑end 2024/25 audits, identify lessons learned, and resolve items.
