Role
We seek a motivated Client Services Officer to join our expanding team in Geneva, focusing on onboarding and supporting clients from the Middle East and Eastern Europe. Russian and Turkish language skills are highly valued.
Position Tasks
* Support CROs: Assist in daily business activities, ensuring smooth client interactions.
* Client Interaction: Maintain proactive contact via phone and email.
* Account Management: Manage the full lifecycle of client accounts (openings, updates, closures).
* Transaction Execution: Process client instructions in compliance with internal regulations.
* Client Onboarding: Play active role in onboarding new clients from the Middle East and Eastern Europe.
* Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and review client documentation, conduct internet searches, and ensure compliance with AML and internal policies.
* Administrative Support: Handle client reviews and manage organizational tasks.
* Marketing Support: Prepare presentations, pitchbooks, investment proposals, and portfolio reviews.
* Promote Digital Solutions: Encourage adoption of paperless accounts and e‑banking platforms.
* Uphold Standards: Adhere to the Code of Conduct and internal guidelines.
Position Skills
* Education: Commercial banking apprenticeship or similar banking‑related education. Higher financial education completed or in progress is an advantage.
* Experience: Minimum 5 years in a banking environment, ideally within client services or account management.
* Financial Knowledge: Solid understanding of financial instruments.
* Compliance: Good knowledge of compliance and AML topics.
* Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Languages: Fluency in English required; proficiency in Russian and/or Turkish highly desirable.
* Personal Qualities:
