To join our LifeSciences team in Neuchâtel, we are looking for a
Supply Chain Coordinator.
Your responsibilities :
* Ensure production and purchase orders with contract manufacturers meet demand and are delivered on time.
* Act as the key contact between internal teams, customers, and external manufacturing partners.
* Track and resolve supply issues, including shortages, stock-outs, and order exceptions.
* Coordinate shipments, product reworks, regulatory updates, and artwork changes.
* Provide forecasts, monitor performance metrics (e.g., backorders), and support investigations.
* Lead or support projects and escalate supply risks when needed.
Your profile :
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (Master's or APICS certification a plus).
* 5+ years' experience in pharmaceutical or consumer goods supply chain/manufacturing.
* Strong knowledge of scheduling, forecasting, logistics, inventory, and ERP systems.
* Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage priorities and deadlines with attention to detail.
* Fluent in English; proficiency in French or German is a plus.
