V.I.E. Sales Excellence Officer (M/F/D) – Air Liquide
Position located in Switzerland, part of the Commercial Department of Carbagas AG, a subsidiary of Air Liquide Group.
Overview
CARBAGAS AG provides high‑quality gases for industrial and medical applications. The company also develops customized gas systems and contributes to innovative customer solutions.
Responsibilities
* Act as an interface between the Sales team and the Customer Service Center to improve communication and coordination.
* Train and actively support users on the CRM tool (Salesforce) to increase usage and improve efficiency.
* Create an automated tool to overview contracts (duration, termination, escalation, take‑or‑pay volumes, staggered prices, special agreements, etc.).
* Support the sales team on various cross‑functional projects.

Requirements – Education & Experience
* Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
* Prior experience in an industrial and/or B2B sales environment is a strong asset.
* Analytical, communicative, proactive, and able to prioritize.
* English fluency is mandatory; German and French are nice to have.
