Your Role
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Precision Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 6+ years of professional experience in product engineering or product development
Responsibilities
Act as a Senior Product Engineer specializing in high-performance miniature circuit breakers
Lead product engineering activities across the full development lifecycle, from concept and feasibility studies to final implementation
Take on a lead engineer or project manager role, guiding cross-functional teams and driving technical decisions
Serve as a key contributor in shaping innovative, high-quality product solutions
Conduct pre-studies, planning, evaluation, and development of key product features
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate issues and develop effective solutions
Analyze technical challenges and translate them into practical engineering solutions and recommendations
Evaluate both technical feasibility and business impact to support decision-making processes
Ensure product designs meet performance, quality, and manufacturability standards
Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to achieve efficient and successful product delivery
