Responsibilities
* Install bridge bearings and transition structures on-site.
* Perform hydraulic lifting and lowering of bridges safely.
* Assemble bridge bearings and expansion joints as well as various special components.
* Underfill with flow mortar and tamp with tamping mortar of bridge bearings.
* Pour expansion joints with polymer concrete.
* Insert or glue rubber profiles into expansion joints/structural joints.
* Assembly welding with electrodes.
* Regular, correct and timely completion of work reports and documentation.
* Responsibility for the care and maintenance of the company vehicle.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Qualifications
* Trained or experienced construction or structural locksmith, mechanic or plant engineer.
* Driving licence category B / BE.
* Welding qualification (test 111, optionally 135).
* Strong manual skills and attention to detail.
* Precise, clean and independent working.
* Team player.
* Willingness to travel.
* Good physical fitness.
* German spoken and written (B2), second national language advantageous.
