Our customer, a pharmaceutical company based in Rotkreuz/ZG, is seeking reinforcement. This is a temporary position (duration: ASAP - 02.2026).

Your Responsibilities
* Support the coordination and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for the Customer Service (Commercial) function.
* Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to define and validate test scenarios, scripts, and acceptance criteria.
* Validate SAP system functionality against business requirements, including integration points with SCM and Finance.
* Identify, document, and escalate defects or gaps in functionality, and support resolution tracking.
* Support and represent Customer Service in daily UAT stand-ups and defect triage meetings.
Requirements
* Strong knowledge and background in SAP and IT; experience working extensively with SAP is preferred.
* Experienced administrative professional with a hands-on mindset.
* Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
