, we are scaling our footprint across Europe. We are looking for a strategic, hands-on Group CFO to join our agile team and drive the financial engine behind our expansion.
The Role:
As Group CFO, you will be the financial architect of the group. Based in
Zug (CH) or Munich (DE)
, you will oversee the financial health and capital structure of our holding and its subsidiaries across a number of European countries. You will report directly to the Board and play a critical role in board-level decision-making.
Your Strategic Mission:

International Project Financing:
Structuring and securing debt and project finance for large-
scale energy infrastructure projects across multiple jurisdictions.
·
Treasury & Cash Flow:
Sophisticated management of group-wide liquidity, treasury operations, and intercompany financing for our international subsidiaries.
·
Equity & Stakeholder Management:
Managing equity participations, leading communication with investment funds, institutional investors, and banking partners.
·
Strategic Reporting:
Consolidating financial performance and providing high-level insights to stakeholders and the Board of Directors.

Risk & Compliance:
Overseeing the tax and legal frameworks of our international operations, ensuring optimal financial efficiency.
Who You Are:

Proven Track Record:
At least 5+ years of experience in a senior financial leadership role (CFO, Head of Finance, or Senior Investment Manager), ideally within the energy, infrastructure, or EPC sectors, but not a condition.

Financing Expert:
Strong experience in project finance, bank guarantees,letters of credit, and dealing with international financial institutions.

Financial Planning & Performance:
Budgeting, forecasting, and strategic oversight.
·
Accounting Excellence:
Managing full-cycle bookkeeping and statutory reporting across multiple jurisdictions.

Strategic & Self-Reliant:
You thrive in a lean, fast-growing environment where you are expected to be both a strategic visionary and a hands-on executor.

Communicator:
Fluency in English (German is an advantage). You are a an expert at navigating relationships with banks, funds, stakeholders and team members across the company.
