About the Role We are seeking a detail‑oriented and analytical AI Trainer to support the development, training, and improvement of artificial intelligence models. The role involves creating, reviewing, and evaluating data such as text, questions & answers, prompts, and model outputs to ensure accuracy, relevance, and quality aligned with project guidelines.
Key Responsibilities Create, curate, and annotate high-quality training data for AI/LLM models
Develop and validate questions, answers, prompts, and explanations based on defined guidelines
Review and evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, logic, relevance, and compliance
Identify errors, biases, or inconsistencies in model responses and provide corrective feedback
Follow project‑specific quality standards, formatting rules, and timelines
Perform quality checks and revisions based on QA/client feedback
Maintain confidentiality and data security throughout the project lifecycle
Collaborate with QA teams, reviewers, and project managers as required
Qualifications Undergraduates or high school passed
Strong written communication skills in English
Excellent analytical, logical reasoning, and problem‑solving abilities
Ability to follow detailed instructions and structured formats
Basic understanding of AI, machine learning, or large language models
Preferred Skills Experience in data annotation, content creation, QA, or training roles
Familiarity with AI tools, annotation platforms, or content management systems
Subject‑matter expertise in one or more domains (e.g., Math, Science, Coding, Language, Finance, etc.)
