A publicly listed global organisation is looking for an experienced Finance Manager. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact position within a complex international finance environment well suited to a finance professional with strong IFRS knowledge and proven experience in group consolidation.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead monthly reporting processes, group consolidation activities, and the preparation of IFRS‑compliant financial statements.
* Manage the full reporting and forecasting cycle, including variance analysis and critical review of submissions from local entities.
* Prepare financial disclosures, press releases, and materials for investor relations.
* Maintain and develop accounting policies while coordinating with external auditors.
* Contribute to cross‑functional financial initiatives and drive system and process enhancements.
What You Bring
* Chartered accountant with approximately 10 years’ experience, ideally gained in a Big 4 firm or international corporate setting.
* Deep expertise in IFRS, group reporting, and consolidation.
* Strong communication skills with fluency in German and English; proficiency in Excel and SAP is an advantage.
* A hands‑on, detail‑focused and pragmatic working style, combined with a collaborative mindset.
* Ability to operate effectively in fast‑moving, international environments.
