DIGITAL COMMUNICATION PROJECT LEADER 100%
Job description
The Swatch Art Peace Hotel is a residency for artists from all over the world and from any artistic disciplines. Opened in Shanghai in November 2011, it provides artists with a unique experience, a hub of creativity and an incubator for creative projects where their artistic careers evolve, and new ideas come to life.
Main responsibilities will include:
Develop and execute a digital communication strategy for the Swatch Art Peace Hotel project.
Manage and optimize content across global social media platforms, with understanding of Chinese social media ecosystems (e.g., WeChat, RedNote).
Create impactful visual content.
Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics to support strategic improvements.
Coordinate with internal teams, artists, and external partners to ensure communication consistency.
Keep up to date with digital trends, new technologies, and emerging platforms in both Western and Chinese markets.
Engage with artistic content and communicate effectively
Profile
Profile:
At least 5 years of experience in digital communication and social media management.
Background in communication, marketing, digital media, or a related field is preferred.
Strong organizational skills, with experience managing priorities and meeting deadlines.
Creativity and an innovative approach to digital storytelling.
High adaptability and openness to rapid changes in trends and technologies.
Strong problem-solving abilities and autonomy.
Professional requirements
We are looking for someone who is team oriented with the ability to collaborate with diverse professionals. You have a genuine interest in contemporary art and curiosity for artistic trends.
Languages
In addition, you possess excellent communications skills and are fluent in English and Chinese (mandatory)
