We are looking for a communicative, curious, and sales-oriented personality as a Field Sales Representative for the Graubünden/East Switzerland region, starting June 1 or upon agreement.
Your Challenges
Sales Promotion Measures: Ensure maximum visual impact and optimal shelf availability through merchandising techniques. Position promotional materials at the point of sale.
Advertising Activities: Plan, execute, and monitor promotional campaigns.
Build and Maintain Long-term Customer Relationships
Market and Competition Analysis: Observe and analyze market and competitor trends to identify new business opportunities.
Responsibility for Revenue Growth: Achieve targets through targeted measures and professional negotiation.
Close Collaboration with Internal Partners: Work efficiently and coordinate with various teams to reach common goals.
Your Profile
Experience: Several years in field sales within FMCG. Experience or network in the tourism sector is a plus.
Strong Negotiation Skills and Customer Focus: Ability to negotiate convincingly and demonstrate high service orientation.
Language Skills: Native German, good spoken and written English; Italian is a plus.
Entrepreneurial Thinking: Initiative, a growth-oriented mindset, and willingness to take responsibility.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
