Background For an exciting CAPEX environment, we are looking for an organised and communicative personality as an Expeditor / Procurement Coordinator. In this role, you ensure that suppliers, project teams and internal stakeholders are always informed about the current status of materials, packages and delivery timelines. This position is especially suitable for candidates with experience in expediting, procurement coordination, supply chain, project coordination or reporting within a technical, industrial or construction-related project environment. Responsibilities In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating and following up on various procurement and delivery packages. Your tasks will include: Maintaining and updating material and package reporting systems in Web PMP / Project Procurement Plan Monitoring the on-time delivery of assigned expediting packages in line with defined OTD KPI targets Ensuring that all Supplier Monthly Progress Reports are received on time and shared with relevant stakeholders Following up with suppliers in case of delayed or missing Monthly Progress Reports Coordinating with third parties for expediting interventions Preparing and sharing weekly expediting intervention plans with stakeholders Supporting Order Management in processing expediting-related invoices Preparing MIS reports and departmental reporting Working closely with internal project teams, suppliers and external partners Requirements At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in expediting, procurement, supply chain, project coordination, order management or a similar field Previous CAPEX experience is preferred Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Experience in reporting, data analysis and structured preparation of project information Strong organisational skills with proven ability to prioritise work and coordinate multiple tasks or projects simultaneously Proactive, reliable and solution-oriented working style Strong communication skills when dealing with suppliers, internal stakeholders and third parties Quick learner with a hands-on mindset Fluent English skills Willingness to work both in the office and on construction sites Key KPIs On-Time Delivery / OTD Timely reporting Internal customer feedback score General Conditions Location: Visp or Stein Workload: Full-time Work model: 3 days per week on-site in Visp or Stein, 2 days home office Area: CAPEX / Procurement / Expediting / Reporting / Project Coordination j4id10185908a j4it0418a j4iy26a
