Technical Operations Manager
Maintain hotel facilities in optimal condition.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and Organize Maintenance Work:
2. Support technical team in urgent interventions within their field of competence, taking measures to eliminate dangers and alerting appropriate personnel if unable to intervene directly.
3. Anticipate equipment breakdowns through daily maintenance and propose improvements to optimize maintenance plans.
4. Supervise ongoing projects under their responsibility and inform the Management Team of incidents or problems that occur during work hours.
5. Maintain guest comfort by maintaining the general condition of rooms and equipment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Higher education in Maintenance
* 5-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a 4- to 5-star hotel with over 200 rooms
Proficiency in English and French (C1 level minimum) is essential. Ideal candidate demonstrates autonomy, flexibility, adaptability, reactivity, rigor, strong organizational skills, good physical resistance, interpersonal skills, and a sense of discretion and confidentiality.
