We are looking for an experienced Performance Specialist to support the Customer Securities Finance Trading & Collateral technology platform. This role focuses heavily on Core Java development and performance optimization within enterprise financial systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Optimize and rearchitect performance‑critical applications
* Identify bottlenecks and improve scalability
* Drive performance tuning initiatives
* Collaborate with architects and global scrum teams
* Work on cloud‑native and API‑driven solutions
Required Skills
* 5+ years of hands‑on Core Java (Java SE/JEE) experience
* Strong coding and performance optimization expertise
* SQL experience (Oracle / SQL Server / PostgreSQL)
* Spring Framework
