Your key responsibilities
Prepare and present a variety of cold dishes, including salads, starters, cold appetizers, terrines and other garde-manger specialties, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
Take responsibility for the garde-manger section during service, maintaining organisation, timing and smooth workflow within the team.
Ensure proper mise en place and preparation for service, keeping the section well organised and fully stocked.
Maintain consistent quality, freshness and presentation of all cold dishes, paying close attention to detail and aesthetics.
Monitor product quality, storage and handling of ingredients, ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP).
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficient communication and coordination during service.
Contribute to the creation and improvement of cold dishes and presentations, supporting the overall culinary experience of our guests.
Maintain a clean, organised and professional working environment at all times.
What you bring to the job
Completed training as a Cook (EFZ).
3-4 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in 5-star hospitality.
Good spoken Italian and English; German is an advantage.
Strong commitment to quality and a keen eye for detail.
Resilient, with a positive attitude and enjoyment of teamwork.
High level of motivation and dedication.

Our offer
Fixed-term seasonal position from early June to early September 2026; further seasons are welcome.
5-day work week with an average of 43.5 hours per week.
5 weeks of vacation and 6 public holidays per year.
13th month salary from the start date (pro rata temporis).
